The newer facial fillers are a remarkable improvement over older collagen and fat products. We exclusively use Juvederm because of its predictable results and longevity. We are typically seeing results of our Juvederm injections lasting a year or more. Juvederm is used to fill the lines people develop between the sides of their noses and the corner of their lips, or the "marionette" lines that extend downward from some peoples' mouth corners.
 One of the most dramatic uses of fillers is in the lips. Lips which are thin, whether from heredity or aging, can be dramatically enhanced and become an attractive focal point of the face. Lip treatment will also diminish or eliminate unsightly "lipstick lines." Our goal is to never have our patients look "done" and to not leave them with "movie actress" lips but instead with an attractive appealing mouth. Juvederm is priced by the amount used. Generally one syringe, which is priced at $500, will adequately treat both lips or both nasolabial folds. There is a discount on subsequent syringes used in the same session. |
