Appointments:

Our office is open from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Mondays, 6:30am to 5:00pm Tuesdays through Thursdays, and from 6:30am to 2:00pm on Fridays.

We employ a modified Open Access appointment system. With this system we leave a substantial number of appointment spots open each day to accommodate same day appointments. If you call fairly early in the morning you can almost always if you wish get an appointment the same day.

We ask you to be certain to cancel and reschedule appointments if you find you cannot keep them. We do have a nominal charge for appointment no-shows.

Established patients may contact Dr. Soper after hours for emergency needs by calling the office number, 816-741-0033. The automated attendant will ask you to leave a message which will be relayed to Dr. Soper so he can call you back. Please be careful to give your name and phone number carefully and repeat the phone number at least once. Beware – we often know our own phone numbers so well we repeat them very rapidly. Please speak slowly and distinctly. If you have not received a call back within 30 minutes please call again.

We especially urge you to call before going to an emergency room or an urgent care facility. Frequently, problems can be dealt with over the phone or by other methods than time consuming and expensive emergency care.
